Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from London by selected delivery partners.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days after your order has been placed.
Please note that during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
Toto & Pal products in the UK are exclusively distributed by Bow Wow London.
Delivery Delays
While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or public holidays.
In rare cases, part of an order may need to be delayed or cancelled due to stock availability or shipping disruptions.
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal upon delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Including your order number and photos of the parcel or products will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
